Introducing..Becoming HER: 12 Weeks to Step into Your Dream Self
Over the course of the next 12 weeks, you’ll learn the practices and be given the tools you need to become HER. You’ll learn my unique meditation method alongside body-based and energy healing practices to drop you into the body, amplify your energetic field, and connect you more deeply with your intuition. You’ll learn how to get clear on your vision, tap into your inner wisdom, move through your blocks, attract more of what you want and bake all of this into your way of being so you naturally create the reality you want; collapsing the time it takes to get from where you are now to where you want to be with actionable steps and guidance through it all.
We’ll meet weekly where we’ll first focus on getting clear on what it is you desire. Once your vision is crystal clear, we’ll dive deep into creating a personalized practice for you that supports you in your goals whether they relate to self-development, your career, or your relationships. You’ll also have unlimited support via telegram between our sessions for any questions you may have.
Here’s How We’ll Do It:
STEP 1: Get Clear on Your Vision 🧿
Having a clear vision is the first step in crafting a life that truly resonates with who you are at your core. When you hold a vivid vision, you set a steady direction for your energy and efforts.
Think of your vision as a radio signal. If it's full of static, the Universe can't hear your message clearly. The more precise and powerful your vision, the clearer your signal, allowing the Universe to pick it up and respond. With this clarity, you’ll be able to take aligned action toward what you really want in your life with more confidence.
Through intentional journaling prompts and meditation, you'll uncover the vision for your life that aligns with your desires and dreams.
STEP 2: Tap into Your Intuition 🔮
Think of your intuition as your personal GPS. Just like a GPS guides you with clear directions and helps you avoid detours, your intuition provides you with instinctive insights and subtle nudges that steer you toward your true path. When you trust and follow this inner guidance, you navigate life’s journey with more ease and precision.
Through meditation, visualization, and body-focused practices, you’ll learn to tap into your intuition so decisions start to feel effortless, clarity emerges in moments of confusion, and you align deeply with your true desires.
STEP 3: Overcome Your Blocks & Release Stagnant Energy 🚫
Once your vision is set and you’ve formed a deeper connection with your intuition, we’ll shift our focus to what’s holding you back from stepping into HER. To do this, we’ll look at what’s going on holistically within your mind and body.
Everything you experience starts in your mind, and since we spend quite a bit of time there, why not make it a pleasant place to be? Your beliefs shape your thoughts, and those thoughts affect how you see the world, what you say, and what you do. Every thought and word sends out energy that impacts your everyday reality. Rather than getting caught up in self-doubt or limiting narratives that keep you small, you’ll learn to step back and release those limitations, allowing you to cultivate a mindset that genuinely supports your vision.
Through practices like journaling and meditation, you’ll learn how to recognize and compassionately overcome your blocks so that you can then develop new, supportive thought patterns. This process will help you move beyond unproductive habits of thought and open up new pathways for growth.
Now, onto the body—think of your body as a vessel for intuition and energy. When you’re in tune with it, you gain access to deeper insights and guidance. By releasing stagnant energy and tuning into your physical sensations, you create more space for HER. Stagnant energy can create blocks, manifesting as tension, discomfort, or a sense of being stuck, which prevents you from connecting fully with your inner wisdom.
We’ll explore grounding, breathwork, body-focused practices, meditations, and energy-clearing visualizations to clear these blocks and release any stagnant energy. This process revitalizes your body and enhances your intuition, allowing you to better listen to the signals your body sends. As you become more aware of these sensations, you can make choices and take actions that guide you in the direction you’re meant to go.
STEP 4: Amplify Your Magnetism ✨
Now that you have the tools to work with what isn’t working for you, it’s time to amplify what is working. When you take the time to honor who you are in this moment and how far you’ve come, you’re not just acknowledging your amazing qualities and accomplishments; you’re also reinforcing a positive self-image and cultivating a strong sense of self-worth.
This self-affirmation creates magnetic energy and attracts opportunities that resonate with your true desires. By celebrating your progress and embracing who you are, you signal to the Universe that you are ready to receive even more. My deep dive into healing and awakening began in 2020 after experiencing trauma that shattered the foundation upon which my life had been built. Losing my younger brother, Arsim, left me with severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD, as well as a profound sense of disconnection from myself and the world. This grief and destruction served as an invitation to rebuild and redefine my life. It threw me headfirst into learning what it takes to truly heal— and not only heal through the darkest times, but also how to leverage these opportunities to create a new life of freedom and authenticity.
Now, I’m committed to helping ambitious, soul-led women leaders, creators, and visionaries master their minds and emotions by guiding them in alchemizing their grief and blocks to become the highest possible expression of who they’re meant to be.
